This garter's extra mini skirt is made with reclaimed doilies and organic 100% cotton. Adjustable on both sides thanks to a lace up design, this skirt will fit from 24" to 29". Length of the skirt is 11", this is a layering skirt perfect for the beach but not ideal to wear on its own.
